About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join a leading automotive aftermarket business within a high-performing sales team.
This field-based role is critical in supporting sales growth, strengthening distributor and workshop relationships, and providing technical and product support across an assigned region.
You will work closely with the Sales Leader, District Sales Managers, distributors, wholesalers, workshops, and retail outlets to drive sales performance, gather market intelligence, and deliver product training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team to achieve sales targets across assigned regional distributors
Visit wholesalers, distributor branch warehouses, workshops, and retail outlets within the region
Collect and analyse data relating to sales performance, purchasing behaviour, and inventory levels
Identify and report sales trends, opportunities, and irregularities in the market
Gather and consolidate competitor intelligence to support regional sales strategies
Build and develop strong relationships with workshops and retail outlets to drive brand presence and sales growth
Deliver basic product, technical, and brand training sessions to customers
Collect customer feedback, training needs, and business requirements and communicate these internally through Sales
Support outlet expansion and onboarding of new customers within the region
Skills & Experience
3-5 years' experience in automotive aftermarket sales (retail experience highly regarded)
Strong understanding of distribution networks, wholesale operations, and workshop environments
Experience managing key accounts and distributor relationships
Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret sales and market data
Sound knowledge of technical automotive parts and consumable/wear parts
Proven ability to develop customer relationships and support sales growth
Key Capabilities

Highly self-motivated and results-driven
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage a field-based workload
Ability to work under pressure with resilience and perseverance
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent relevant experience
