The role of People Support Advisor is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing HR advice and support to retail stores.
* Deliver phone-based HR advice and support to retail locations
* Collaborate with Retail Managers to facilitate the recruitment process for Sales Assistants
* Manage various recruitment/HR administration tasks including screening applicants, creating employee contracts, managing new starter paperwork, and HR data entry
* Offer initial support and report on Health and Safety matters
* Identify and provide guidance on ER queries and escalate when necessary
About the Position
Applicants should possess tertiary studies in Human Resources or a related field, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for HR.
They must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage high-volume recruitment, and establish relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary education in Human Resources (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and manage complex recruitment processes
* Strong communication skills with the capacity to build relationships with internal stakeholders
* Passion for Human Resources coupled with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
