About the Role
Responsible for supporting and building the capacity of school leaders, teachers, and other school‐based staff (including early childhood educators) to implement a whole school/setting approach to Respectful Relationships as part of a broader community commitment to family violence prevention. The role will develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the family violence sector and other regional partners.
Responsibilities
* Build capacity of school leaders, teachers, and early childhood educators in Respectful Relationships.
* Provide stakeholder engagement and support to a statewide team.
* Drive delivery of the Respectful Relationships commitment across Victorian government schools.
* Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the family violence sector and other partners.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Community Development or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Specialised expertise in program and project management.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
* Innovative thinking, effective communication, and problem‐solving abilities.
* Ability to navigate complex issues and make decisions that impact staff and stakeholders.
