About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation program spanning finance, procurement and travel management functions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, works confidently with diverse stakeholders, and brings strong analytical discipline to large‐scale system change.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements across finance, procurement and travel management
* Supporting solution design workshops and validating proposed ERP solutions against business needs
* Developing functional requirements, data requirements and business rules to support configuration and integration
* Defining future‐state processes and information flows aligned to ERP standard
* Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), business readiness, data validation and go‐live transition
* Contributing to change impact assessments, training inputs, user preparation and operational handover/stabilisation
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Business Situation Analysis (BUSA) – Level 4
* Requirements Definition & Management (REQM) – Level 5
* Business Process Improvement (BPRE) – Level 4
* Stakeholder Relationship Management (RLMT) – Level 4
* Business Modelling (BSMO) – Level 4
Desirable
* Experience with enterprise reporting, BI or analytics platforms
* Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or performance management processes
* Experience working with data models and financial reporting structure
Due to the nature of this role, this job is open to Australian Citizens only. Candidates who currently hold or able to obtain Federal Government Security Clearances are highly desirable.
