Overview
We’re opening a brand-recent coastal restaurant and are looking for a Bar Manager to join our opening team. We are excited to launch a new concept in Perth, a refined but relaxed coastal venue that specialises in local seafood and produce from West Australia, real food, genuine hospitality, an exceptional beverage list, and a team culture built on knowledge, passion, and creativity.
This role goes beyond running the bar – our bar is part of the dining room itself, so you’ll be front-and-centre, setting the tone for guests who choose to dine at the bar. You’ll not only manage the drinks program but also bring energy and personality to the guest experience, chatting with diners, sharing your knowledge, and making them feel part of the action.
