We are now seeking a Human Resource Venture Partner in Australia to build, lead and scale Solbridge HR's Australian business. This is a partner role with meaningful equity, autonomy and responsibility.

The Opportunity
This is an Equity role is for someone who will:
* Operate as a true business partner, not an employee
* Build Solbridge Australia from the ground up
* Become the face of Solbridge to Australian founders
* Drive growth while maintaining founder-first values
* Build a lean, high-margin HR advisory business
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Solbridge HR
* Establish Solbridge HR as a trusted advisor to founder-led, family offices or owner-led businesses
* Translate Solbridge HR's global philosophy into the Australian context
* Build early credibility, reputation and relationships with founders and business owners
2. Founder Advisory & Client Relationships
* Partner directly with founders, family offices and owner-leaders
* Lead high-trust advisory conversations around growth, leadership and transition
* Act as a thought partner, not a transactional recruiter
3. Business Development & Growth
* Build a strong pipeline of clients
* Develop referral networks across founders, investors, advisors and ecosystem leaders
* Close anchor clients and build repeat engagement models
* Own revenue targets and growth trajectory
* Design a lean operating model leveraging our global delivery teams
What Success Looks Like (12–24 Months)
* Solbridge HR is known among Australian founders as a trusted, discreet advisory
* A stable base of founder/owner led clients and family offices with repeat engagements
* Strong pipeline driven by referrals and reputation
* Lean operating model with healthy margins
Who This Is For
You are likely someone who:
* Senior HR leader and/or recruiter from a mid to large organisation
* Actively seeking a transition from functional leadership to venture ownership
