The Role
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll deliver an exceptional dining experience — from beautifully crafted cocktails to thoughtfully presented dishes. You’ll bring energy, professionalism and a touch of personality to every interaction, ensuring each guest leaves with a lasting impression. Whether it’s serving a handcrafted cocktail at Romberg’s Rooftop Bar or creating memorable moments in our dining spaces, you’ll help shape the guest experience that makes Crystalbrook Kingsley distinctly Newcastle. We have a range of hours available to suit your lifestyle – primarily in the evenings, across a 7‑day roster.
About You
- Experience in a high‑volume, a‑la‑carte restaurant is advantageous
- An absolute passion for delivering warm, polished and personalised hospitality
- A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- NSW RSA Certificate
- A natural energy and confidence with a fun and positive attitude
- An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
