**Job Description**:
You will be working in one of Australia's largest and most complex IT environments, with a team delivering solutions and integrating state-of-the-art commercial technologies. As a trusted adviser to our client and our management team within Leidos, you will play a key role in our success as we pivot towards a new operating model and bed down changes to business processes, technologies and systems. As part of the on-going services team, your role will naturally be customer focused. However it will also require a diverse set of skills and managed services experience in order to be successful.
**In this role your responsibilities will be to**:
- Develop the change management approach to ensure that it acknowledges the different aspects of the change process: analysis, planning, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations
- Identify key stakeholders, undertake change impact analysis, and evaluate business change readiness
- Work with the both the customer and internal teams to support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications relevant to change initiatives
- Capture data, define and measure success metrics, and design methodologies for integrating these into the delivery of the integrated program
- Develop and execute the Communication Plan in conjunction with the Communications Advisor with input from key stakeholders - including the client Stakeholder Communications Plan
- Support the client team to plan and implement effective stakeholder engagement actions, to drive understanding amongst key influential stakeholders and business leaders, and to influence positive acceptance of change across the business
- Champion change capability development within impacted groups, and coach and prepare business leaders, and people in key positions for their role in supporting individuals and their teams through change

Your experience in the Federal Government or Private Sector will be equally valued. You will thrive in working with the customer in a client facing role, continually propelling the organisation forward. Your outstanding relationship skills are underpinned by your ability to listen, empathise, synthesize complex information and provide a high level of comfort and assurance to your customer, as a trusted advisor. You are passionate about your field; this is reflected in your knowledge of industry best practice.
- You will have substantial change management experience on large scale technology transformation projects (preferably in Government)
- You will have a collaborative approach and use your consultative influencing skills to achieve results through others
- In establishing credibility with customers, you will demonstrate an ability to manage stakeholder expectations at an all levels - conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and business readiness assessments
- Experience in creating and implementing Change Management and Communications plans is required, as is the ability to produce professional presentations, user guides, and quick reference guides to support transition activities
- Sound facilitation skills and ability to capture outcomes, publish benefits, and results
- Building change management practices to assist the organisation in managing and leading through change is critical, as is stabilising the change
