About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Moranbah healthcare team. You will oversee the delivery of patient-focused physiotherapy services from our well-equipped four-room clinic, as well as onsite services across local mining operations.
Reporting to the QLD Services Manager and working closely with the Moranbah Practice Team, you will ensure the clinic operates efficiently with a strong focus on quality care and exceptional customer service.
Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will manage your own diverse caseload, treating both the general community and corporate mining clients, as well as providing onsite coverage for the Moranbah team during leave periods.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 4 years' musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy and current AHPRA general registration
* Occupational health experience preferred
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations and professional standards
* The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* FIFO, DIDO and residential options available
