Dulacca State School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Aide to support the educational journey of our Kindy to Year 2 students. In this rewarding role, you'll assist with classroom activities, daily routines, and bus duty, while also providing support for Kindy care needs such as nappy changing and

This position is offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.2 FTE), working 12 hours per fortnight, with availability required between 7:45am and 4:00pm, depending on operational needs.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:
* Set up and pack away learning materials, resources, and equipment.
* Support students with group work, individual tasks, or hands-on activities.
* Reinforce concepts taught by the teacher by providing targeted practice and review.
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
* Supervise students during recess, lunch, excursions, and special events.
* Ensure line of sight supervision, maintaining awareness of student safety at all times.
* Respond appropriately to accidents or emergencies, following school policies and procedures.
* Encourage student independence while offering guidance and emotional support.
* Assist with personal care tasks where required (e.g., toileting, feeding, mobility).
* Follow the school's behaviour management plan to support positive behaviour.
* Model respectful and appropriate interactions with students.
* Calmly manage minor behaviour challenges and report significant concerns to the teacher.
* Prepare and organise materials such as photocopying, laminating, or resource creation.
* Help with basic technology use, including setting up devices and supporting students with digital tools.
