Job Title
A Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing hands-on user support, including troubleshooting and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and IP phones.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for IT and OT environments
* Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems in an Intune environment
* Work closely with the networking team to ensure smooth operations
* Support both onshore and offshore campaigns
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience
* Strong networking experience in a Cisco environment and CCNA certification
* Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, VMware and Palo Alto firewalls
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* A mature, independent worker who takes pride in their work
* A team player who collaborates effectively with other technical teams
