About the role
Landscape Elements is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Balcatta, Western Australia. As a Landscape Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and progress of our landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based with opportunities to work across our projects in Perth & surroundings.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and coordinate a team of landscape construction workers, to complete project tasks on schedule and to specification & program
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
* Provide mentorship and training to develop the skills of your team members
* Participate in the continuous improvement of our landscape construction processes and workflows
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Landscape Construction Supervisor or equivalent role
* Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials and equipment
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specifications
* Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality work
* Current construction industry induction card (e.g. White Card) and driver's licence
* Qualifications in Construction, Horticulture or a related field is desirable
* MR/HR license desirable but not required
