About the Bar Team Lead Position
The successful candidate will oversee a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring efficient outlet operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Supervise and support Food and Beverage employees to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
* Deliver in-depth training and regular briefings to enhance product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to contribute ideas for new cocktails, themed menus, and signature offerings.
* Assist in ordering, receiving, and managing bar inventory; conduct accurate stock takes.
* Evaluate and address guest complaints and concerns professionally.
* Assist in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
