Support Operations Professional
We are seeking a skilled Support Operations professional to join our team in Corio. This role plays a key part in supporting our teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to our operations teams.
* Raise purchase orders and goods receipts in a procurement system.
* Create, amend, and onboard vendors in the same system.
* Assist with job bookings and customer service interactions.
* Apply for council permits and update spreadsheets daily.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Maintenance, Subcontractors, and Customers.
* Support with billing and credit issues.
* Assist with data entry and case management using various software systems.
* Handle billing queries and set up temporary jobs.
* Manage depot-related activities and purchase orders for vendors.
* Raise dispute cases through relevant software and other internal tools which you will be trained on.
* Assist with account inquiries and general administration
About You:
* You'll bring Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative environment.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
* Competent computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
* A current driver's license.
* Desirable Experience using procurement and CRM systems.
