This position oversees the technical facets of Norton's mining operations, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will drive innovation and operational excellence across all stages of mining operations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related disciplines, as well as relevant work experience in a similar role within Mining Technical Services or Operations. You must also have strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
