**The Opportunity**
We're partnering with a well-established, mission-driven organisation that provides essential services across Western Australia. As they continue their transformation journey, they are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead business-critical change initiatives that improve how their people work and how services are delivered.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for embedding change frameworks, coaching leaders, and driving adoption through structured, human-centred approaches.
**Your Role Will Include**
- Championing and evolving the internal change management framework
- Leading change across major transformation projects
- Conducting change assessments and stakeholder impact analysis
- Developing communication and training plans to support successful adoption
- Coaching business leaders and project teams through change
- Tracking progress, identifying risks, and managing resistance
- Collaborating cross-functionally to embed enterprise change capability
**What You'll Bring**
- Strong experience leading complex organisational or digital change
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR)
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in highly regulated or complex environments
- Ability to manage ambiguity, align people to a shared vision, and build trust
- Relevant change management certification
