There to care. Here for good. An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as an Operations Support Officer – Rostering/Scheduling at Helping Hand, a leading provider of aged care in communities across South Australia.
We are committed to growing and improving our services, and need a master of rostering, scheduling and administration to support our frontline teams.
Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining accurate staff rosters using our scheduling systems.
* Responding to changes in availability, leave, and service needs in real-time.
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure staffing aligns with client requirements.
* Monitoring and reporting on roster efficiency, gaps, and trends.
* Supporting service administration in key service streams.
What You'll Bring
* Completion of (or working towards) a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence using cloud‐based technologies.
* Knowledge of rostering or scheduling software.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
* Flexibility to work business hours between 7:00am and 8:00pm across 7 days a week.
Preferred Experience & Qualities
* Experience in the aged care sector.
* Knowledge of legislative and quality requirements for aged care.
* A qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
