Dedicated 12 month Urology registrar post with no sub‐specialty cross‐over.
Busy, accredited, tertiary referral Urology unit.
Well‐established and supported training programme for registrars.
The Role
Daily management of the Surgical Unit's patients and clinical activities within the limits specified with your clinical privileges.
Supervise Resident Medical Officers about clinical procedures and management.
Participate in unit meetings, clinical trials and research, and quality assurance activities.
Appointment Details
Multiple fixed‐term full‐time, day worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1 February 2027 until 6 February 2028.
You will receive 10 hours of paid, protected training time per fortnight, pro rata.
Salary and Benefits
Medical Practitioner Level 5‐11, $138,978 – $194,675 per annum, pro rata, plus 12% superannuation and access to salary packaging.
Other allowances and benefits (calculated on the salaried incremental point) may be available, including:
* Salary packaging options include living expenses up to $9,010 and $2,650 in meals and entertainment per year.
* Continuing Professional Development Allowance of $3,183 per annum, pro rata.

Eligibility
Essential criteria include:
* General or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
Desirable criteria:
* Completion of a relevant post‐graduate qualification.
