The role of HR Analyst - People Care Advisor involves providing guidance and support to colleagues related to People & Culture policies and processes. Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for employees, line managers, and people advisors, supporting full employee life cycle query resolution via live channels, and using the client's operating framework and service enabling technologies to manage queries.
Responsibilities
* Life event queries (how to, when, where)
* Time and attendance queries (how to, what type, when)
* Reward, performance, and compensation queries
* Coaching line managers through employee relations queries
* Providing exit guidance
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant business field and 1-3 years of experience in a HR or other shared services environment. Strong problem-solving skills, numeracy, analytical thinking, risk management, customer focus, solution focus, and inclusion are essential qualities for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing in-scope transactions in people and culture applications, supporting basic people and culture system navigation, and contributing to proactive project activities such as new joiner, mover, and leaver onboarding, continuous improvements, knowledge creation, and global change and implementation projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant business field required
* 1-3 years of experience in a HR or other shared services environment preferred
The candidate should have foundational knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and Workday or other HR data management systems. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
