Working closely with the Compliance & Workflow Lead and Sales Operations Manager, you'll help ensure our workflows are up to date, our documents are accurate, and our builder and customer teams have everything they need, when they need it.This is a hands-on administrative role where precision, follow-through, and a proactive mindset are key.
You'll be responsible for keeping systems clean, tasks tracked, and communication flowing, while also managing general office administration and supporting a well-functioning workplace.If you're highly organised, love ticking things off a list, and want to grow in a company that's scaling fast, this could be the perfect step.What You'll DoAdministrative support & task executionComplete day-to-day admin duties across sales and builder processes, from document uploads to system updatesTrack and log project status across internal platforms (Monday.com, HubSpot, Excel, SharePoint)Ensure all pricing, specs, and builder information is kept current, accessible, and accurateCreate monthly rosters for distributing enquiry leads to the sales teamWorkflow coordination & communicationWork with the Compliance & Workflow Lead to ensure workflows are followed and updated as neededAssist in preparing and submitting builder documents, sketches, and estimates with accuracy and timelinessLiaise with internal teams to ensure administrative requirements are completed and nothing slips through the cracksOffice administration & workplace supportKeep office supplies, stationery, and general materials stocked and organisedCoordinate basic office tasks, such as mail, scanning, printing, and workspace tidinessSupport scheduling, small errands, and general ad hoc tasks to keep the team moving smoothlySystem & process upkeepMaintain builder files, contract documents, and project assets with proper version controlSupport land packaging tasks, listings (e.g. REA), and builder comparison dataHelp ensure compliance requirements are met across each stage of the pre-construction journeySupport continuous improvementIdentify small inefficiencies or recurring admin pain points and suggest improvementsEmbrace smarter tools and templates to make admin more efficient and scalableProvide hands-on support during process updates, reporting, and internal reviewsWhat You Bring1–2 years of administration experience, ideally in construction, property, client services, or office adminStrong attention to detail and follow-through, you spot the small things others missA solution-focused attitude, if something isn't working, you want to help fix itConfidence with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and workflow tools like Monday.com or HubSpotExcellent task and time management, you're organised, efficient, and love a checklistClear and professional communicator, both in writing and in personA team-first, hands-on mindset, you're happy to pitch in with anything from spreadsheets to stocktakesEagerness to learn and grow, you want to build a career, not just do a jobWhy Join Locale?
