A fantastic opportunity exists for an Accountant to join a market-leading property development company renowned for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Australia.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will see you take ownership of key accounting functions while working alongside the finance team. This role is suitable for an experienced Account or an Assistant Account looking to step up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
* Support project cost tracking and feasibility reporting
* Assist with statutory compliance and end-of-year audits
* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes
About You:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
* Proficiency in JobPac is highly regarded
* 3–5 years' experience in accounting, ideally within property, construction, or a project-based environment
* Strong Excel and ERP system skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
