Key Responsibilities

As Human Resources Advisor, You Will Specifically

- Provide timely and accurate HR advice through research, analysis and accurate application of HR policies, directives, industrial instruments and legislation to unique employee relations matters.
- Assist Senior Business Partners in the delivery of HR education sessions and HR capability building initiatives across the department.
- Collaborate with the Youth Detention Centre’s management team and foster relationships across the department and People and Culture to support recruitment and selection processes, enhance internal capability, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
