We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in residential construction estimation, ideally within a low to mid-size company.
* Passion for costing projects that will actually be built and the ability to work with the construction team on procurement processes to enact contractual terms.
* An ability to interpret engineering designs for costing and constructability purposes.
* A problem-solver who brings meticulous attention to detail and initiative.
* Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships and project needs.
* Technological savvy, with a quick adaptability to new software and systems.
