Senior Mine Surveyor Role
We are seeking a seasoned survey professional to lead all survey activities and manage the survey team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to promote a safe workplace culture.
* Liaise with senior management to provide day-to-day leadership and direction of the surveying team.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of surveys and reports.
* Maintain up-to-date statutory reporting and plans as required under relevant regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Surveying) and an Authorised Mine Surveyor's Certificate of Competency - Grade 1. At least 8 years' experience in mechanised hard-rock underground mining in a similar role is also essential. Advanced skills in mine surveying software, such as Surpac or Deswik, are highly desirable.
