The Graduate Development Program is a two‐year structured pathway designed to accelerate your technical and professional development. You will participate in hands‐on project work, targeted learning modules, and receive continuous support from experienced mentors, enabling you to build a solid foundation in consulting.

Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a consultant role, where you will continue to broaden your technical expertise and assume greater responsibilities on complex projects.
