As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of person-centred care services that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
Requirements
* A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification; with a strong background in leadership and patient care;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff;
* Demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing teams to achieve excellent outcomes;
