We're looking for experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Advisors to join a Personal Injury team supporting injured workers through recovery and return to work. What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of Workers' Compensation personal injury claims from start to finish
* Making timely, evidence‑based decisions aligned with legislation and best practice
* Reviewing and interpreting medical, rehabilitation, and financial information
* Applying sustainable, cost‑effective claims strategies while prioritising injured worker outcomes
* Partnering with employers, treating practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and internal teams
* Delivering empathetic, professional service in a high‑volume environment
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Proven experience in Workers' Compensation claims management
(Claims Advisor, Case Manager, Claims Officer, Injury Management roles)
Highly Regarded
* Experience within an insurer, scheme agent, or third‑party administrator
* Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation legislation
* Backgrounds in insurance claims, injury management, rehabilitation, psychology, or allied health
