Maintenance Superintendent - Fixed Plant

About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead the fixed plant maintenance team and oversee all maintenance strategy, planning and execution for our processing plant. You'll drive plant performance, ensure regulatory compliance and champion a high‐performance safety culture.
* Lead and mentor maintenance personnel and contractors
* Develop and execute preventative & predictive maintenance strategies
* Oversee maintenance of crushers, conveyors, mills, pumps, screens, shaking tables, MGS, flotation, drying & packaging systems
* Ensure safe, compliant and efficient maintenance execution
* Coordinate shutdown planning and delivery
* Monitor equipment performance and reliability data
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and capability
* Maintain accurate records to support data‐driven decisions
What You'll Bring
* Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting (Cert IV Leadership desirable)
* 10+ years' fixed plant maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry
* 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent position
* Strong knowledge of maintenance systems (Pronto/SAP highly regarded)
* Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to lead a high‐performing team
* Strong WHS and regulatory knowledge
