Your new company
Our client is an established and growing retail and commercial property investment and development company, and they are currently looking for a Centre Manager to run one of their centres in the Moreton Bay region.
Your new role
As the Centre Manager based on-site, supported by an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for;
* Retail property management, leasing and facilities management
* Strategic business planning
* Budgeting for the centre
* Building strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders
* Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers
* Identifying leasing opportunities
* Financial Management, including forecasting and ensuring financial targets are met
* Identifying opportunities for cost savings
* Strong understanding of centre operational and facilities management/compliance
* Reviewing and analysing centre performance
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in centre management or extensive retail property management experience
* Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, leadership, relationship building and communication skills
