About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and provide therapy to a paediatric caseload, delivering direct, family-based and community-based support for developmental delays and disabilities
* Work closely with key stakeholders, providing information, education and support
* Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure delivery of high-quality services
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and relevant registration
* Passion for working with individuals with disabilities to help each client achieve goals and participate meaningfully in their community
* Exceptional communication skills to work in culturally diverse environments and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
* Effective time management and attention to detail
* Commitment to making a difference with therapy that is fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families
* Experience working with children and adolescents and comfort working with families
* Compliance: Registration; Working with Children Check; National Police Check; NDIS worker screening; First Aid; Driver's license and vehicle
