Salary: $5,457.33 - $6,552.56 p/f + Super + Salary Packaging Hours: 80 per fortnight (including an ADO every 4 weeks) | Ongoing Full Time Position: Dentist, Level 4 - Community Dental Services Classification: DG8 - DG18 Job Reference: 2798 Responsibilities
Provide a broad range of clinical duties within the scope of publicly funded dental services, including management of difficult clinical situations, complex medical and social histories, and patients with disabilities. Independently carry out a broad range of complex dental procedures with advanced skills, rarely requiring support or advice from other clinicians, in accordance with Bendigo Health clinical standards and policies. Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support of all clinical staff within the Dental Service. Assist the Senior Dentist in facilitating, maintaining and developing the knowledge and expertise of clinical and auxiliary staff who provide dental services. Contribute to the delivery of efficient and high-quality dental health care and participate in quality improvement activities relevant to Community Dental Services. Qualifications and experience
The Level 4 Dentist is a highly experienced and competent dental practitioner with advanced skills to independently perform a broad range of complex procedures. Experience and qualifications should align with Bendigo Health clinical standards and policies. Working with Bendigo Health
