About You

* Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (completed 5th year - Masters Degree)
* Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
* Interested in a role based out of Launceston with potential regional travel opportunities
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Innovative mindset: we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table


The Role

* Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals facing sudden changes in career goals and circumstances
* Conduct assessments to guide individuals towards new careers
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop, implement, and monitor programs to support injured employees returning to work
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the benefits of good work practices
