Key Responsibilities
* To coordinate project progress, track budgets, requests for information, risks, and project quality through Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
* Engage with clients and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Support procurement processes, including tender documentation, evaluations, and clarifications.
* Communicate effectively through regular reporting, meeting preparation, and minutes.
* Assist in delivering projects from feasibility phase to construction superintendency.
* Work closely with the Director to coordinate design consultants and builders.
Required Skills

* Proven experience in project coordination.

* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
