About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Demi Chef to support our Executive Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional presentation, and guiding junior kitchen staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards
* E nsure efficient and smooth kitchen operations during service
* Supervise and support junior kitchen team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment
* Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
* Good communication and time management skills
* A passion for hospitality and a desire to grow your skills
