Maintenance Supervisor Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and availability of mobile equipment fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and mentoring others.
* Manage and execute maintenance work using efficient equipment servicing strategies to achieve targeted service times and schedule compliance rates.
* Evaluate and optimize maintenance processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager & Superintendents to implement safety plans and protocols.
* Participate actively in incident investigations and analysis.
About You:
* You have experience in open-cut coal mining.
* You hold a mechanical trade certificate or a tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering.
* You possess extensive post-trade or relevant mobile maintenance experience in a mining environment.
* You have previous supervisory experience.
