Requirements for this role:
* Flexible hours available
* 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
* Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch items (eggs, toast, pancakes, etc.)
* Bake a range of cakes and café desserts (sponge, mud cakes, slices, cheesecakes)
* Prepare fillings, frostings, and decorate cakes for display
* Ensure all food is presented to a high standard
* Manage prep and service efficiently during busy periods
* Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control
* Keep the kitchen clean and organised at all times
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
