About The Role
As a PBS Practitioner at ORS, you will:
Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDISDevelop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionalsWork autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical LeadersReceive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
What We're Looking For
Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS PractitionerTertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologiesExcellent written communication and report writing skillsPassion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support
