first Principal Consultant
as part of an exciting growth phase.

The Opportunity You’ll be working directly alongside the founder/owner, a proven expert in the contract IT market, helping to build out a high-performing desk within a business already recognised for its deep product-led expertise.
The focus is firmly within enterprise technology markets such as:
Dynamics 365
ERP / CRM
FinOps
SAP
This is a fast-paced, high-trust environment where you’ll have autonomy, support, and genuine long-term progression.
Who They’re Looking For This role will suit someone who has:
Strong experience in
contract tech recruitment
(agency side)
A proven track record in
360 billing and client development
Exposure to enterprise systems markets (Dynamics, ERP, CRM etc.)
The ambition to relocate to Brisbane and build something meaningful
A desire to step into a senior role with future leadership potential
