As Venue Manager at BOUNCE, you'll lead a thriving venue, guiding a passionate team and ensuring customers leave with unforgettable experiences. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll be the driving force behind venue performance, ensuring the business thrives and the team brings the love, every day.

How you'll make an impact:

* Lead & motivate a strong team, fostering a culture of progression, teamwork & accountability.
* Drive venue performance—managing sales, customer experience, safety, labour, COGS & team engagement to meet key KPIs.
* Deliver an unforgettable experience by coaching your team, responding to feedback & ensuring seamless venue operations.
* Be a safety leader—overseeing procedures, managing risk & ensuring compliance across all operations.
* Develop & grow your team through training, coaching & leadership programs.
* Ensure smooth venue operations—managing venue presentation, cleanliness & operational efficiency so every customer has an exceptional experience.
* Collaborate with Support Office teams to execute national strategies & bring the BOUNCE experience to life.


What You Bring to the Team

* A strong sense of ownership—you lead from the front, take accountability & make things happen.
* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation, or similar).
* A passion for developing young teams, with experience leading, coaching & mentoring 16–24-year-olds.
* A commercial mindset—you know how to drive revenue, control costs & hit performance targets.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, solution-driven approach to challenges.
* Customer-first thinking—you thrive on creating magic moments & ensuring every guest leaves with an incredible experience.
* Resilience & adaptability—you stay cool under pressure, embrace challenges & bring positivity every day.
* A hands-on attitude—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
