Solicitor - Litigation & Prosecutions
Job Description:
As a solicitor in our legal team, you will be responsible for managing litigation and prosecution files from intake through to hearing. You will review briefs of evidence to identify potential WHS Act breaches and draft statements of fact, summonses, and related court documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3–4 years' post-admission experience as a Solicitor
* Strong background in litigation; prosecution experience (e.g. ODPP) highly regarded
* Exposure to regulatory or enforcement matters
* Ability to assess complex evidence and make sound recommendations
* Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with Counsel and internal stakeholders
