What You'll Be Doing
You will complete a Certificate III - Auto Electrical qualification over 48 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and host employer, Buckley\'s Plant Maintenance.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
Assist tradespeople in diagnosing and repairing vehicle electrical systems.
Learn to install and service wiring, batteries, alternators, starter motors, and lighting systems.
Support the installation of accessories such as radios, GPS units, air-conditioning controls, cameras, and alarms.
Gain experience working with heavy vehicle and mobile plant electrical systems.
Use diagnostic tools and follow correct workshop safety procedures.

To be successful in this role, you\'ll need to meet the following selection criteria:
Commitment to both on and off the job training
Demonstrated interest in the auto electrical trade
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills with enthusiasm
Ability to work in a team environment
Safety conscious
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Mandatory Requirements
White Card
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment including audiometry
