Executive Chef

The Role
Seeking a driven Executive Chef to lead hospital foodservice operations. Responsibilities include managing a team of chefs and food service assistants, overseeing patient meal delivery, running an on-site café (with a second opening soon), and hosting cooking demonstrations. Collaborate with renowned chef Stefano Di Pieri to deliver restaurant-quality meals in a healthcare setting.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Trade Certificate in commercial cookery, experience within food services environment
* Demonstrate ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgement and flexibility in solving problems
* Experience in leading a team in a Food Services operational service ideally within hospitals/health care
* Demonstrated knowledge and practiced implementation of quality systems, Food Safety programs, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food Safety Standards, National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and Dietary Guidelines.
* Ability to effectively manage while operating under time constraints
