We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our guests' experiences.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service across all channels - face-to-face, phone, and email. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, resolving issues with confidence and care, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

As a Guest Experience Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our centre management team to develop and implement initiatives that improve our guests' experiences. You will also be involved in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Confident using technology, including Microsoft Office, iPhone, and CRM systems.
* Comfortable approaching people and handling a wide range of enquiries.
