Duties include and are not limited to the dispatching of maintenance, RDO's, Annual Leave and repair work for field technicians as well as scheduling appointments and follow-ups for field staff promptly.
You will liaise with key customers with regards to delays, cancellations and re-dispatching jobs, raise purchase orders for parts and processing invoices, maintain client records and information and time track technicians
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in these roles you will possess experience providing support and coordination to technicians and customers within the mechanical services field you will have experience in the following duties and responsibilities.
The successful applicant will be confident and possess a professional telephone manner, have high speed and accuracy with Data Entry. Ideally you will have advanced computer skills across Outlook, Word and Excel, previous experience with Great Plains, SAP and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
You will be proactive and able to display initiative and naturally enjoys helping others
