About The Role

Reckitt is looking for a dedicated Quality Associate to help us uphold our commitment to deliver excellence in our diverse portfolio. You'll be part of a dynamic team, ensuring our healthcare products, from medicines to cosmetics, meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities

* Ensure project activities align with the high standards required for healthcare products, including regulatory compliance.
* Draught and prepare technical documentation for product innovations and ongoing project support.
* Manage your assigned activities, hitting project milestones with precision and timely execution.
* Work closely with our suppliers * extrnal manufacturers to ensure compliance & project milestones
* Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing both compliance and efficiency within the team.

The experience we're looking for

* Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related science field.
* 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
* Experience within a GMP-regulated environment is valuable.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to resolve problems creatively.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a focused and pressured environment.
* Demonstrated ability to influence, work within a team, and show relentless commitment.
* Results-driven with a willingness to take calculated risks and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
