Job Overview
The position of User Experience/Interface Designer involves a range of responsibilities, including gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product and business owners.
* Conduct engagement activities to co-design project outcomes, including changes to processes, systems, people, and information.
* Illustrate concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
* Design wireframes and prototypes at both low and high fidelity (mobile and web).
* Perform user research and usability testing.
* Capture and analyze data related to project requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
* Achieve stakeholder agreement and sign-off on project requirements as required.
* Influence project documentation to support UI/UX requirements definition.
* Assist in the design and implementation of the client's design system.
* Produce deliverables according to project schedules.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements.
* Maintain documentation, processes, and decisions to support knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
Requirements
* Proven experience in eliciting UI/UX requirements through techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews.
* Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
* Experience designing for Salesforce.
* Design experience working with accessibility requirements.
