National Operations Director @ Evolve Talent
A highly respected allied health provider in Perth is expanding their team and is recruiting on behalf of Evolve Talent. This role focuses on delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy services to individuals with disabilities across a diverse caseload, in clinic and in the community.
Base pay range
A$90,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients in the clinic or community settings.
Work closely with families, carers, and other health professionals to support client outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
Skills & Requirements
Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration (or eligible).
Previous experience working within the NDIS and/or disability sector (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about empowering clients to live their best lives.
Full working rights (no sponsorship available for this opportunity).
Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
