The Parkes Shire has a population of 15,000 and is located 1 hour from regional cities Orange and Dubbo. Main industries include agriculture, mining, and transport logistics. The church aims to know God and make Him known through making disciples, encouraging believers, and reaching out to the community in the Parkes Shire.
We are a vibrant church with capable leaders, with a variety of ministries that cater for a range of ages that serve our church and community.
Role Responsibilities
The Senior Pastor will provide overall spiritual leadership and direction for Parkes Baptist Church. They will work closely with staff (currently vacant), ministry coordinators and lay workers encouraging, equipping and supporting them in their areas of service.
