About the Role As a Community Support Worker at Hope Springs, you'll work directly with residents and clients of the Therapeutic Community and the Transitional Housing and Support Program (THASP).
You'll play a vital part in helping people move towards long-term recovery by offering practical, emotional, and social support.
Your role will include advocating for residents, helping them build independent living skills, supporting daily routines, and ensuring safe and structured community engagement.
This is a hands-on, people-focused position that requires empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to creating a culturally safe and recovery-oriented environment.
