As the Area Manager you will:
* Lead 6+ store managers to achieve sales & KPI's
* Recruit, train & retain high performing teams
* Cultivate an exceptional workplace culture in the state that breeds success
* Tightly control all operating expenses hitting profit targets for the area
* Reporting to the NSW State Manager
The kind of experience we are looking for:
* MUST have QSR exposure - either as a multi-site/area manager
* Experience opening stores & improving underperforming
* High levels of organisation as well as a solid understanding of p&l
* The ability to improve underperforming restaurants & lead high performing teams
The salary package includes:
* A competitive base salary from $100k + super
* Fuel card & phone bill provided
